To initiate a return, please visit our returns page. Within 14 days of dispatch, you have the option to get either a refund or store credit, with the exception of underwear bottoms, stockings, and items on sale.

• Items meant for return or exchange should retain their original condition with all tags intact.
• We can't accept returns for items that have been worn, have makeup stains, or carry a perfume odor. Note that underwear bottoms are excluded from returns.
• Purchases made during sales can either be exchanged for a different size (if available) or credited to your online store account. For a detailed return process refer to our Returns Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: We deduct a return shipping fee of $9.99 from all refunds, irrespective of exchanges. However, exchanged items are shipped for free.

While refunds aren't applicable for sale items, Bella Curves Lingerie gladly offers size exchanges or credit notes.
This applies to products bought during online promotions and sale discounts, but not for the 10% newsletter sign-up discount.

Once we receive the item, we process returns within a day. Refunds are initiated immediately, but reaching your account might take up to 5 business days. This is dependent on your bank and the payment method. Your refund will align with the original mode of payment. For instance, PayPal payments will have refunds routed back to the PayPal account.
